2. The Service

SugarDaddyMiami is a dating platform that connects consenting adults in the Greater Miami area who are interested in sugar dating — relationships built on openly discussed expectations, generosity and companionship. The platform provides profile, discovery and messaging tools. We are not a party to any relationship, agreement or interaction between members, and all decisions are made solely between the individuals involved.

3. User Behaviour

You agree that you will not:

• Offer, request or facilitate any form of illegal activity, including prostitution or any exchange of sexual services for money — such conduct is prohibited and results in immediate removal and reporting where required by law.
• Harass, threaten, pressure, stalk or abuse any member, on or off the platform.
• Impersonate another person or create fake, misleading or duplicate profiles.
• Ask other members for money, gift cards or financial transfers under false pretenses, or engage in any form of fraud or scam.
• Share another member's private information, photos or conversations without their consent.
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation, advertising or recruiting unrelated to dating.
• Upload content that is explicit, unlawful, hateful or infringes anyone's rights.

4. Community Rules

• Consent first: every interaction must be freely chosen by both people, every time. Pressure of any kind is a violation.
• Honesty: profiles must reflect the real you — accurate photos, age and intentions.
• Discretion: respect the privacy of other members. What happens between members stays between members.
• Courtesy: treat every member with the respect you'd expect at Miami's finest table. Rudeness, bigotry and hostility are not tolerated.
• Reporting: if you see behaviour that violates these rules, report it. Our team reviews every report and acts promptly.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these rules, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

5. Content and License

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By posting content, you grant SugarDaddyMiami a limited, non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform in accordance with your privacy settings, solely for the purpose of operating the service. You represent that you own or control the rights to everything you upload and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

6. Privacy

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not conduct criminal background checks on members and do not guarantee the conduct, identity or intentions of any member, even those who are verified. Verification confirms authenticity of a profile, not the character of a person.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SugarDaddyMiami is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from interactions between members, including in-person meetings. You are responsible for your own decisions and safety. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Provisions relating to content, liability and disputes survive termination.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
